Mission Monday Printable

I said I would give you my Mission printable, so here it is. I was going to post this yesterday. but I got a little busy. I’ll tell you about that in a bit.

Anyway, I hope all of you are doing your 7-minute walks every day! It’s always hard to get started, I know, and I get it. Because yesterday was kind of a write off for me, I only walked to the bus stop, which is like 4-minutes away. That’s just going to have to do for my day 2 walk.
