Halloween

Hello Friends,

It’s been a little while.

Which is no one’s fault but mine.

Some days I just don’t have the motivation to write anything.

That, or just plain laziness.

Whichever it is, I took a little bit of a break.

I was planning to do 30 posts in 30 days.

But I now know that I can’t.

So I apologizing for that.

Tomorrow is Halloween.

And of course my son, Linden. wants to be Skull Tropper.

WHAT? WHO?

For those of you who don’t know much about Fortnite, you would be asking the same questions.

I needed to look it up and get a picture of this skull guy…

And this is what I found.

Are you kidding me?

But because I want to be a cool Mom, I was up for the challenge.

So off to Dollarma we went.

We found most of what we needed.

Last night I started.

As for Cael, he wants to be Hawkeye from the Avengers.

Which he assures me is very easy.

“Don’t worry Mom. It won’t be as hard as Linden’s costume. All I need is a bow and arrow and black pants.”

Phew! Thanks, buddy. That I can do.

He has always been an easier child.

Kurt, their Dad, and my ex will be taking them Trick-or-Treating tomorrow night.

I will just have to get them ready in their costumes and have an early supper for them.

And then I will hand out candy at my place.

Such a production!

Anyway, I will post pictures of them before they go and colect candy that will rot their teeth/

Maybe I should hand out toothpaste…

But that is no fun, right?
